As a Freight Investigator based in our Syd Bradley Road branch, you get to showcase your excellent customer service skills, to both internal and external customers, to actively resolve customer enquiries in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
You'll answer calls in relation to missing items and complaint resolutions. This is an active role where you will need to be comfortable in a physical environment where you will be lifting and sorting parcels. You'll often be required to go into our operations centre to search for customer's missing items.
About you
- Experience in a phone based customer service environment
- Knowledge of CRM and other customer data systems
- Experience working in a warehousing or logistics environment and ability to lift parcels up to 25 KG
- Have a friendly and approachable team spirit

**What we need from you**:

- Be available to work Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 6pm plus Saturdays if required
- Be a committed teammate, keeping yourself, others and the site safe
- Energy for a physically demanding role - can you lift up to 25kgs?
- Someone who enjoys working hard and managing your time
- An eye for detail and good geographical knowledge
