ZIM is seeking an experienced and driven Country Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Auckland. Immerse yourself in the thrilling world of container shipping and take your sales expertise to new heights

**Key responsibilities**
- Spearhead all sales activities, driving performance and growth
- Lead and mentor a talented sales team, inspiring them to exceed volume and revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate in setting sales budgets, plans, and objectives
- Ensure accurate rate quoting, customer support, and promotion of ZIM's services and e-Commerce solutions


**Requirements**:
**We are looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record in sales management within the shipping/logistics industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Extensive knowledge of the container shipping market and industry trends
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
