The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Online Store Assistant is responsible for coordinating the Country Road online operations in New Zealand. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role is ensure orders arriving from our Omni-Fulfilment Centre are managed in conjunction with Courier Post, as well as the timely coordination and resolution of returns and customer service queries. From time to time, the online store assistant will be required to assist with daily retail operations (Stock, retail shop floor service) as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Liase with stores to help manage end to end customer online orders
- Deliver high levels of customer service in order to generate repeat business and maximise all sales opportunities in order to achieve sales targets
- Point of contact for following up on online orders for all NZ stores
- Process and dispatch of online orders accurately within agreed time frames
- Assist in processing returns and exchanges efficiently and in a timely manner
- Ensure the efficient movement and associated administration for sending orders out to the customer.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced physical environment
- Proven ability to cope well under pressure
- A passion for the retail industry and exceptional internal and external customer service
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience in online fulfilment, pick packing, administration
- Proven ability to manage the performance and development of a team
- Focus on driving productivity with team members
- Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
