**Senior Value Delivery Partner**

**About the role**

The Senior Value Delivery Partner role is a new role in our newly established Value Delivery Team - a team focused on delivering solutions that create measurable value for our people and our customers.

As a Senior Value Delivery Partner, you’ll lead the delivery of complex and complicated projects, keeping the work organised, on track, and focused on delivery outcomes.

**To successfully carry out this role you’ll need**
- To be able to navigate the complexities of projects and deliver results.
- The ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver results.
- To be skilled in change management, risk management, and conflict resolution.
- A toolbox of delivery tools including traditional and Agile project management.
- At least five years’ experience as a Project Manager with a proven record of delivering.
- Experience managing vendors and professional service contracts.
