We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for a Regional Director to lead the Auckland division. Reporting to the North Island GM, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role in contributing to the broader organisational strategy. Leading a large team of over 180 personnel.

**You will have responsibility and influence over the following areas**:

- **Strategic leadership and planning**: Developing and implementing a cohesive strategy that aligns with our vision while steering the growth of our business across the region
- **Solutions-focused customer excellence**: Collaborating with regional teams to ensure we deliver top-tier services to our clients. Building strong relationships both internally and externally will ensure a unified approach to business development
- **Financial management**: Achieving or exceeding planned budgets and targets. Monitoring financial performance, managing costs, and ensuring effective financial reporting
- **Operational efficiency**: Enhancing project efficiency and streamlining workflows to contribute to the success of the business
- **Zero harm and care**: Fostering a culture of care for our people with a zero-harm approach and continuously working to improve our environmental impact

**We strongly believe that you will need to bring the following to be successful in this role**:

- **Extensive Senior Management experience**: Over 15 years of leadership in the commercial construction sector, overseeing a business unit of $300m+
- **Strategic vision**: Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate the broader industry landscape, with a keen eye for market opportunities, risks, and growth potential
- **Proven leadership**: History of cultivating positive workplace cultures and building high-performing teams that excel in their roles
- **Relationship building**: Exceptional at forging and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- **Business operational acumen**: High level of operational expertise to influence efficiencies throughout the region
