We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to join our team

YOUR TASKS:

- Understand our customer’s needs, so we can support their business goals by visiting and managing their accounts proactively, knowing their business and industry and providing insights that can create value for their business.
- Support administration of field sales plans and processes to achieve sales objectives and revenue growth. Seek opportunities for increased and profitable sales on new and existing accounts
- Identify and contact prospective customers, assess customer needs and match with own products/ service/ alternative products/ services
- Create and present sales presentations, bids, etc., provide product/ service information and follow up on quotes to close business
- Collaborate with relevant local, district and regional management to coordinate customer requests and products/ services that are being promoted.

YOUR PROFILE:

- The ability to build immediate rapport and create relationships with a range of customers
- Strong leadership, and natural sales person
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player
- Solid business acumen and eye for detail
- Ability to learn a new way to sell like never before
- You are flexible and adaptable, and able to respond swiftly to your customers' needs
- Sales experience would be a plus but not necessary if you have the aptitude for it
- High level of general administration, reporting and computer literacy
- Must have a full and current drivers licence
