We'll....we have been BUZZed to find an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, ready to stamp their mark on the Auckland hospitality scene I'm seeking an industry professional, exposed to high end dining, functions and bespoke events, looks for a true work life balance and looking to engage with a very loyal and captive clientele.

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will become part of the EXCOM team, supported by the F&B Manager and working closely with the Sommelier and Events Manager. You will become the face of the business, the heart and soul of the staff and create a culture where hospitality is seen as much more than a job - a profession to be proud of.

The ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers, internal company employees and guest is paramount. The ideal person will have extensive industry experience ( 5* Boutique Hotels, Luxury Lodges, Hatted Restaurants) with a minimum 5 years supervisory experience.

**Whats on Offer????**
- Salary Circa $90,000
- Share of tips at the end of the year
- Staff meals on duty
- Annual close down for 4 weeks over Xmas /NY
