In this role, you will oversee and drive the performance of Restaurant & Bar Operations, Meetings & Events, and all food & beverage offerings.
As a key leader, you will manage financial performance, enhance the guest experience, develop high-performing teams, and ensure a safe and sustainable business environment.Key Responsibilities:Financial Performance: Manage Restaurant & Bar Operations and Meetings & Events profitability, prepare budgets, monitor costs, and lead revenue initiatives.Guest Experience: Ensure memorable guest experiences, develop menus with the culinary team, comply with food safety regulations, and drive customer loyalty.People Leadership: Oversee recruitment, training, and development, foster high performance, and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.Responsible Business: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards, and promote sustainability and community involvement.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel Management or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, including multi-venue management.Licensing: Liquor License Controller Qualification and Current Manager Certificate required.Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
