Managing the relationship with one of our biggest national customers, you’ll develop solutions that mean progress for their business and ours. You’ll be responsible for supporting Vendor Replenishment planning at Woolworths as well as forecasting, reporting relating to Woolworths supply as well as being the main contact for the Woolworths replenishment team.

You will develop and implement sales strategy and manage promotional activities whilst working collaboratively with Consumer & Shopper Marketing, Supply, Finance and IS. You will have significant interaction both with customer supply management as well as Reckitt’s internal sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for inventory management of key business variables that impact KPI’s including Net Revenue, Trade spend and gross margin.
- Stock replenishment and order processing, manage inventory reports and stock movement, volume forecasting
- Deliver accurate, timely and clear communication to all supply chain stakeholders including the KAM team, Supply Manager and customer supply management
- Promotional strategy and execution including trade budget management, range and space optimisation
- Managing customer negotiations in relations to Reckitt’s commercial strategy

**Key Requirements**:

- 2-3 Years in a similar KAM role
- Strong financial and business acumen
- FMCG industry experience strongly preferred
- Has worked with Woolworths before, familiar with their structure and way of doing business
- Great track record in building strong, long lasting business relationships
- A positive attitude and agile way of working
- Good analytical background, able to make numbers tell a story
