**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor. In this role you will ensure all areas utilised by the Warehouse are kept clean and clear of obstructions. Ensuring that all Sales Order are picked, packed and dispatched in order to obtain 100% DIFOT along with ensuring all inwards deliveries are unloaded, checked and stored as required, ensuring the accuracy of all paperwork.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times
- Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods and services. Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers timescales/requirements.
- Supervise and control workflow of order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
- Organize, facilitate, and manage stock takes at regular intervals.
- Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees to meet company objectives and reach their full potential
- Determine staffing levels and assign workloads appropriately
- Interface with customers, sales team to answer questions and problem solve
- Maintain item records, necessary documentation information and utilize reports for warehouse status
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful, you will have**:

- Experience in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar (highly regarded)
- Licensed and proficient forklift operator and Reach Truck (essential)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated warehouse operations team leadership in a similar fast paced environment (warehousing or distribution)
- Knowledge AX (Highly regarded)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite particularly Excel
- Certificate II or III in logistics / supply chain (Desirable)
- A proven safety-first approach above all else
