**Day to Day Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and import and export
- Hire, train, and supervise warehouse associates
- Implement and enforce safety procedures
- Ensure that all operations are conducted in a timely and efficient manner
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

**What you will be required to have**:

- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisor role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Valid driver's license
- Reach license and experience preferred

**Shift Times**
- Dayshift: 4am - 2.30pm
- Nightshift: 2pm - 10pm

Minimum Requirements: We require a minimum of 2 years' experience as a team leader and preferably have a reach forklift license.
