Now is the time to join the Marketing and Communications Group at EECA
We're looking for a Social Media Lead to help us build out our social media strategy, and programme of content. You'll be an all-rounder with a knack for words and storytelling, who loves brand, diving deep into data, and collaborating with people across an organisation.
You'll be passionate about helping us inspire climate-positive action through our public engagement platform, Gen Less - engaging hearts and minds across the country. This is also a critical role for helping EECA to mobilise New Zealanders to adopt clean and clever energy use across transport, business, and homes.

**Key responsibilities of the role include the following**:

- Building out and delivering our social media strategy
- Creating, scheduling, and publishing content across our social media channels (paid and organic)
- Nurturing and managing communities across our channels
- Tracking our social channel performance, optimising, and delivering performance analysis

He kōrero mōu - About you

**We're looking for someone who would bring the following**:

- Five years of successful social media management or digital content experience
- Deep knowledge of social platforms (including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Instagram, and social scheduling and tracking tools) and a desire to keep learning
- Enjoyment in telling stories and content creation
- Solid understanding of measuring and reporting social media effectiveness and KPIs including traffic metrics
- An eye for design, as the guardian of our social channels
- A commitment to best practice

Above all, you'll need to have a passion for EECA's purpose.
