**A bit about the role**:
The main role of the Assistant Contracts Manager is to manage their contracts in accordance with Spotless policies and procedures to ensure a high-quality service is provided to the client. Working as part of this broader management team, you will ensure that the client performance targets are achieved in relation to service quality and stakeholder expectations.

Experience in a supervisory role is an advantage
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, flexible and versatile.
Ability to influence with demonstrated leadership behaviours that empower others
Understanding of the OH&S function within the market sector is an advantage
