**About the role**

Working in a close knit team of 4, this role is a key bridge between all internal departments and will be responsible for:

- Managing multiple ticketing queues
- Identifying & triaging existing and ongoing technical issues
- Allocating work to various technical streams
- Changing work requests and converting them into actionable solutions
- Gathering information to understand and write user stories, providing support for ongoing process and workflow development
- System configuration of discounts, pricing etc. for our users
- Executing SQL queries and database extraction
- Providing support to the wider Ops Services team when needed
- Technical Support to FLEETCOR Australasia's internal users on ticketing queries

This is a busy role supporting multiple systems and departments and we're looking for someone who want's to ditch the morning traffic or get a few extra hours of personal time in at the start of the day working 10am - 7pm to support our Australian users as well.

**About You**

Additionally you bring with you:

- Experience working closely with departments to understand their needs and convert these to technical requests
- Advanced Excel and MS Office Suites Experience
- Analytical mind, logical reasoning ability
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving ability
- Proactive communication and willingness to support anyone, regardless of the issue at hand
- Experience with JIRA or similar
- Experience with SQL queries (Ideally)
- Salesforce and user/process/workflow documentation experience a bonus
