We monitor and enforce compliance with the Act, and analyse information disclosed under the Act to understand what is happening to competition in the market. We use our findings to educate and influence the public and the industry.
In our Dairy role, we publicly report on the extent to which Fonterra's milk price setting processes and calculations provide incentives for Fonterra to operate efficiently and are consistent with contestability in the market for purchasing farmers' milk.

**As part of these roles we**:

- gather and critically analyse information, identify key issues, draw logical conclusions and present these to our decision makers
- engage with, influence and educate industry participants
- develop a strong understanding of industry trends and external factors impacting the market.

As an experienced Senior Analyst or Senior Investigator you will play a key role in leading and contributing to a range of regulatory work that achieves outcomes that benefit Aotearoa.
