Fixed Term Maternity Cover

**The role of Freight Office requires organisation and initiative to ensure all aspects of the depot are kept moving. Working with a experienced team to keep our customers freight moving.**

**This is a fixed term maternity cover role - up to 12 months.**

**The Role**

You thrive in customer-centric and fast-paced environments. In this position, your main responsibility will be ensuring the timely and professional handling of all incoming parcels regarding damages, repacks, and missorted freight. Ideally, you will have a sound local and regional geographical knowledge of NZ wide cities and towns to effectively manage all exception and undeliverable freight.

**Key attributes**

Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

Capability to manage a diverse range of duties

Experience in similar roles or the express freight industry

Computer literacy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physically Fit (able to lift up to 25kgs)
