The Workplace Coordinator Lead is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through on-site workplace services, fostering strong relationships between JLL, clients, and guests. As the first point of contact, they welcome employees with genuine hospitality and provide thoughtful services. Additionally, this role serves as the primary contact for all curation and mailroom operational tasks.

An Overview of the role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and minimizing escalations.
  • Manage a wide range of workplace services, including facilities management, event coordination, meeting room maintenance, and technical support guidance.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace guidelines, maintain high service standards, and identify opportunities for service expansion.
  • Manage team operations, including mailroom and curation tasks, direct report productivity, and performance.
  • Prevent stakeholder escalations for operational tasks and work with ANZ Experience lead to implement processes and procedures.
  • Foster a positive team culture, provide training on administrative tasks, and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the FM team and collaborate with the Workplace Experience Manager to align with business needs.

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Strong time management and project coordination abilities
  • Experience in hospitality, hotel management, or high-end corporate concierge services
  • Prior experience managing meeting room services
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Ability to present a professional and friendly corporate image
