**Senior Network Coordinator**
- ** Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)**:

- **Service operates Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm/8:00am to 4:30pm**.
- **Counties Manukau, Auckland**:

- **Pay Band: $66,908 pa - $78,716 pa** (depending on qualification, experience, skill and knowledge)

**The Service**:
DRIVE Consumer Direction Counties Manukau is consumer network that represents the interests of people in the Counties Manukau District Health Board area who experience mental health issue, or problems with alcohol or other drugs.

DRIVE works to promote the consumer voice by being a link between serviced users and service providers, by supporting research, peer workforce development and by running hui.

DRIVE does not provide mental health or addictions services.

**Role**:
To provide leadership, coordination, coaching and mentoring to DRIVE and DRIVE staff.

To ensure delivery of quality services through the network to people of Counties Manukau DHB, in line with contracted outcomes, specifications, policy, procedure and philosophical guidelines.

To support and participate in achieving the identified projects, goals and objectives for the delivery of the Consumer Networks strategic plan and operations.

**You will**:

- Have/Working towards a National Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent.
- Have the ability to work in a team environment and from a bicultural perspective.
- Be professional and have good boundaries and ethics.
- Have experience working in the area of mental health and/or addictions (alcohol and other drugs).
- Full NZ Drivers Licence
- Valid/Current work visa, residency, or citizenship
- Have a passion for walking along side those in need, supporting on-going goals on the pathway to recovery.
