Unipharm is a New Zealand owned nutraceutical product manufacturer based in the industrial park centre of Albany Auckland, with a major focus on health product manufacturing and export.

The Company contract manufactures nutraceutical and general health products in a wide range of forms - soft capsule, hard capsule, powder sachet, tablet, liquid and honey. As a key player in this industry, every step of Unipharm’s manufacturing process not only meets, but exceeds NZ domestic, and international statutory requirements.

Nestled in the heart of North Shore Auckland, this privately owned business is in growth mode, resulting in the need for more roles in factory production.

We are now looking for staff to join our office team. Responsible for completing tasks efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, compile and translate the company's rules and regulations, management methods, reward and punishment systems, etc. according to the requirements of the department manager;
- Assist the department manager to implement the supervision and implementation of various rules and regulations;
- Responsible for the company's meeting arrangements, preparations before the meeting, meeting minutes and post-meeting content sorting;
- Responsible for the management of the company's administration, procurement, assets and other affairs;
- Responsible for the collection and distribution of the company's office supplies;
- Assist in interview reception, training, organization and arrangement of company collective activities;

- Good image and temperament, have an affinity, work carefully and carefully;
- Fluent in reading and writing in both Chinese and English, with strong text organization and writing skills;
- Strong observation, analysis and problem-solving skills, clear thinking and careful consideration of problems;
- Work hard, be proactive, have good communication, coordination and organizational skills;
- High work enthusiasm, good team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift
