Are you looking for a hands-on Sales Management role with a Global organisation where you are able to lead a team, drive strategy and build strategic relationships?
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to dive deep into a category with huge opportunity.
This new role, reporting into the Head of Sales, will lead our Residential and Products Category and will be responsible for range management and rationalisation, developing strategic sales initiatives and promotions, building strategic partnerships to identify and execute growth opportunities in both the B2B and B2C market and leading and coaching our phone based sales team.
**In order to be successful you will have the skills, experience and ability to**:
- Develop and execute a national strategic sales plan that will enable delivery of revenue targets
- Work collaboratively with key regional stakeholders to influence and drive the category
- Negotiate with key customers, suppliers and third parties to execute strategy and deliver budgets
- Coach, mentor and lead two telephone based sales team
- Target and monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Be flexible enough to pivot on your strategy to take advantage of an ever changing market
- Think commercially and creatively
- Must have a Sales Management background
- Strategic leader
- High energy to create a good culture within the two teams
- Creative mindset, ownership of the two categories to take it to higher levels
- Drive new business as well as exceptional management of existing customers/ stakeholders
- Managing medium to large teams, multi culture, learning capabilities
