**Description**:
A little bit about the role

The Cloud Architect is responsible for shaping our clients’ cloud infrastructure and ensuring it aligns with their business goals and objectives. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing cloud solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Your expertise will enable us to harness the full potential of cloud technology to drive our clients’ forward.

The role also involves staying updated on cloud computing technologies and trends, and effectively communicating complex cloud reports to management and DDS IT client portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Cloud Architect, you will be a key player in shaping and implementing cutting-edge cloud solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities encompass developing robust cloud architectures, strategies, and roadmaps, as well as evaluating and deploying cloud services. Your expertise is crucial for designing, planning, and implementing cloud solutions that meet stringent performance, security, and availability requirements.

Beyond providing technical leadership, your role extends to delivering exceptional customer service, acting as a trusted advisor for our customers, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams. You will actively contribute to defining the future state of DDS IT and client infrastructure, participate in disaster recovery planning, lead and contribute to in weekly team meetings.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in streamlining and standardizing our cloud engagements, proposing new cloud offerings, and collaborating closely with the DDS Products team to bring innovative solutions to market. Your involvement in market trend analysis, contribution to roadmaps and strategy, and engagement with public cloud programs will be key in positioning our cloud services at the forefront of industry advancements.

**Skills and Experiences**:
A bit about you

As a seasoned Cloud Architect, you bring over [4] years of hands-on experience, showcasing a proven track record in designing and implementing robust cloud architectures. Your proficiency spans across Azure and/or AWS platforms, with a deep understanding of cloud services, infrastructure, and deployment models.

**Key Highlights**:

- Strong architectural and design skills, coupled with practical experience in cloud security, compliance, and governance.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Ansible and Terraform, as well as expertise in observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for seamless teamwork across diverse functions.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Applied knowledge of the Azure Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) & Well-Architected Framework.
- Proficiency in Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Networking (Virtual Network, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute), Azure Active Directory, etc
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuo
