**About the role**
The Solution Architect - Cloud and Infrastructure sits in the Architecture function as part of an integrated architecture team within Vector Digital. This role will operate alongside other solution architects and design/system engineers on project(s), and you will:

- Develop standards and processes to support and facilitate IT/OT projects
- Work closely with Value Stream Leads (VSL) / business owners and/or cybersecurity leads to define scope, goals and deliverables
- Validate compliance of designs undertaken by contractors
- Foster innovation, maintain quality and promote continuous improvement
- Contribute to the growth Vector’s enterprise architecture framework.
- Partner with key senior stakeholders across the business
- Maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of key technologies and solutions
- Supervise, and peer review design activities of others across multiple knowledge domains
- Engage, understand and contribute to digital transformation outcomes to drive digitisation, business continuity and business transformation.

**Who we are looking for**
This diverse and challenging role is for an architect who is experienced and adept at practicing independently and can undertake design. You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Be sufficiently experienced to guide, supervise, and peer review design activities of others across multiple knowledge domains
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Amazon Web Service (AWS) certifications in Cloud Architecture, Integration and/or Data qualification would be beneficial,
- At least 10 years direct work experience in developing enterprise solutions, implementing and supporting an integrated operational technology environment in an enterprise level eco-system.
- Familiarity with ITIL, TOGAF and other IT frameworks is preferred.
