We have an exciting opportunity for an **EM Transformation - People** to join the IAG whanau.

In this role, you’ll help us transform how our people work, think and feel You’ll help create a purpose-led, agile, future ready organisation that positively impacts the way we all work and operate.

You’ll showcase your leadership experience and play a pivotal role in delivering a multi-year transformation program. You’ll provide an enterprise-wide people lens across transformation enablement, demonstrating your strategic insight and influence, organisational and culture development, thought leadership, and future workforce expertise.

**This position is offered as a full-time permanent role, open to IAG office locations within New Zealand.**

**ABOUT YOU**

You have proven experience in leading, or significantly contributing to, large-scale and iterative organisational transformation programs implementing people and culture change strategies across a multi-functional business. Your demonstrated ability in identifying, building and embedding the people experience and culture required for the future of work, together with your experience in identifying and building leadership and delivery capabilities with leaders, will result in high employee engagement and successful enablement and delivery of organisational transformation programmes. You‘ll also demonstrate:

- Proven experience in organisational design transformation plans - defining and designing a people-centric approach to the future of work.
- Proven experience in strategy development, alignment, execution and delivery across multiple functions and units.
- Proven experience in successful large people transformation and culture change programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships, influence and successfully navigate complexity, ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen including strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to foster cross functional collaboration.
- Ability to lead to ensure connection to purpose, vision and strategy, resulting in a high performing agile culture.
- Purposeful leadership and an ability to inspire a diverse team through significant and ongoing transformation.
- Ability to innovate, think outside the box and reimagine how we deliver value to our people and our customers.
