Mō te Tūranga - About the role

As a Mobile Mortgage Manager in our Retail network, you will play a key role in acquiring new residential lending customers in the South Auckland region. Offering a flexible and convenient service that is available any time at a place convenient to our customers, you will tailor mortgage packages by building long term relationships.

This role is about meeting customer needs, working as ‘One Team’ with our business partners and looking for referral opportunities to widen your customer network. You will also be actively seeking out opportunities to satisfy broader customer needs and deepening our relationships by ensuring we get the right person in front of the customer every time.

Attitude and presence are just as important to us as your background skills and experience. Using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to guide individuals to fast and effective outcomes is essential. In addition to this you will also have:
- 3 years lending experience and a strong understanding of credit risk- Expert working knowledge of residential lending and associated products- Have strong existing networks and understand how to build rapport with your customers- Listen and provide sound advice to our customers to ensure our products are suitable to help them reach their financial aspirations- A lifestyle that allows you to work around our customers’ busy schedules and meet them when and where it is convenient for them- Create a customer experience that is world class by being empathetic, trusted and knowledgeable- Bring a growth mindset to keep imaging and developing the bank in new ways and developing your career.
