Transitioning Auckland's transport network on such a mammoth scale is no mean feat and we need a talented team to ensure we are up to this task.

Currently we are seeking an** On Demand Mobility Manager.**

This role will manage and provide senior relationship accountability for the On Demand modes. It will work across AT and with Operators, to ensure all parties are supporting the Public Transport Operating Model partnership approach/principles and delivering on contractual obligations. It will lead, motivate and empower a team who provide day to day management of the total mobility scheme, as well as provide strategic account management of rideshare, OnDemand, total mobility & emerging mobility operators/providers at a senior level.

This will ensure that key issues and communication requirements are channeled through this function and customer accessibility is improved across modes.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity**
- Leading and engaging the On Demand Mobility team, ensuring the effective management of the team by providing feedback and coaching, discussing personal development plans and opportunities for growth
- Building and maintaining relationships with business partners and relevant executives and stakeholders
- Serving as the lead point of contact in AT Metro for senior operator representatives, addressing issues or redirecting them appropriately to AT colleagues
- Ensuring that AT's long-term public transport strategy and AT Metro's delivery objectives achieve delivery outcomes through our partnerships with operators
- Building an understanding of Operator's business models and business objectives in order to form mutually beneficial partnerships 6. Working collaboratively within AT to clarify long term objectives for operators/service providers, current requirements and any performance issues.
- Working with operators/service providers and the AT Metro team to solve problems that are impacting on the ability to deliver high quality service and achieve longer term outcomes
- Liaising with cross-functional internal teams including BT and CX to improve customer experience with a focus on accessibility and equity improvement

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
- Tertiary qualification in commerce, business administration or related discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
- Experience leading or influencing a team
- 10 years' experience in account management.
- Evidence of business acumen - understanding of the drivers of operator's growth, profitability, and cash flow.

Desirable would be:

- Evidence of ability to ensure required longer term strategic outcomes are translated into short to medium term goals
- Experience in interpreting contracts and managing to KPIs
- Experience in the transport industry
