We are looking to hire a full-time Assistant Manager to manage our long hour opening store.

As an Assistant Manager, you are required to run your shift in an efficient manner.

You are expected to perform following job duties but not limited to:

- Ensuring that we have sufficient supplies needed to maintain the daily menu and take bookings for special functions.
- Assisting in Manage the operation of the business in ethical and professional behavior to maximize the customer satisfaction.
- Assist in organization of the stock level and order supplies and price negotiations with the suppliers.
- Use computer skills to prepare daily sales reports and end of shift cash up
- Ensuring the is comply with the Health and Safety regulations
- Develop marketing policies and adopt different marketing strategies
- Daily maintenance: make sure the restaurant is clean, stock level is up and ready for the next day
- Provide best services and promote the business
- High level of Business strategies to maintain sustainability
- Take customers feedback and maintain a feedback register
- Assist in Recruitment and training of staff members according to the demand
- Purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
- Bring new innovative ideas to the business and creativity

**Salary**: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
