**Te** **Whiwhinga Mahi | The Opportunity**

As a key member of our Corporate Affairs team you will be instrumental in shaping, safeguarding and enhancing Chorus' reputation. In this role, you will monitor and identify potential risks to Chorus’ reputation and develop proactive and reactive plans.

You will also develop and execute strategic initiatives to manage and enhance our relationships with key stakeholders. You will identify stakeholder needs and proactively address concerns and identify opportunities to foster trust and support for Chorus.

This role is suited to somebody who is happiest when collaborating, engaging and are curious to find out more about our Stakeholders. You love to build relationships, find out what’s happening and have an outgoing and charismatic demeanour.
- Proven track record in stakeholder and reputation management ideally within Corporate Affairs/ External Comms/PR
- Experience in collaborating cross-functionally to align stakeholder and reputation management efforts with broader organisational goals and strategies, happy chatting to the Exec and CEO
- Extensive experience in crafting and executing strategic communication plans to enhance organisational reputation.
- Strong crisis communication skills, with a history of effectively navigating and mitigating actual or potential reputation risks
- Proficient in conducting stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers and develop targeted engagement strategies
- Demonstrated success in implementing feedback mechanisms to gather stakeholder insights and address concerns
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitors to inform proactive reputation management
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate and address potential reputation challenges before they escalate
