**Your role**

This rile supports the Asset Engineer, Regional Planner, Field Asset Engineers in keeping Maximo up to date to ensure accurate reporting and planning activities.

The Maximo Administrator plays a key role in supporting management with:

- Workbank management tasks, delivery metrics and production efficiencies by maintaining the Maximo database with real time data
- Updating Maximo with job completion, asset updates, and ensuring data cleansing
- Assisting with developing reports & any other administrative duties that support the efficient Production Delivery of project maintenance & renewal works

**Your skills**
- You'll be a team play with a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience facilitating meetings accurately recording data
- Experience interpreting, analysing and reporting on data
- Experience of reviewing and reporting planned against actuals
- Sufficient knowledge of Maximo (or similar asset management data base systems) and willing to provide mentoring & undergo training to become a Super User and trainer
- Ability to work effectively and without detailed supervision in a dynamic and changing environment
- Sound financial acumen & knowledge of accrual accounting process.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to influence and build consensus
- Proven ability to build highly effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent data entry skills including sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite
