**Description**

We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team, further expanding our, already significant footprint, across the IFM sector. The BDM will be responsible for driving growth and success in our business through establishing and managing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will be a strong rainmaker, comfortable dealing at all levels, in all environments with excellent written and communication skills, possessing the ability to build rapport quickly. You will also have a commercially savvy mindset, quick to identify the potential successful opportunities and the will to act upon them.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop new business opportunities through active networking and client acquisition strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, developing and driving effective marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with our existing clients, investigating other opportunities for expansion.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by anticipating and meeting their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to drive business results and achieve revenue goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all reports and paperwork related to transactions.
- Attend industry events and. conferences to stay up to date on market trends and developments.

**Requirements**:

- Considerable experience in Business Development, ideally in a Commercial Real Estate, IFM or similar related industry.
- Professional and friendly demeanour with effective communication skills.
- Proven history of driving successful business outcomes.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and procedures.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
