We’re currently seeking an experienced Chilled & Frozen Assistant Manager to join the team. As a department leader, you’ll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our community.

**The Role**:

- Work with our Chilled & Frozen Manager to oversee the daily operations and financial performance of the department.
- Lead and inspire a team.
- Ensure displays are consistently appealing and well-stocked.
- Champion safety guidelines.
- Assist customers with product inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support for professional growth within the chilled & frozen department.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience working in a supermarket - ideally chilled & frozen or grocery.
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team.
- Current forklift license.
- Happy working in a cold environment.
- Understanding of department financials and budgets.
