What You’ll Be Doing:

- Maintain top-notch performance - you’ll ensure KPIs are met, SLAs are smashed, and processes are followed to the highest standard.
- Proactively find solutions - you’ll not just solve problems but think ahead to identify ways to make things better and faster for our business.
- Lead by example - be a role model for your team, driving best practices and positive outcomes.
- Manage infrastructure systems from provisioning and configuration to operation and maintenance.
- Continuous learning and growth - participate in training and mentoring programs, keeping yourself and your team at the cutting edge of technology.

**About You**

Ideally you will have at least 1-5 years’ experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, with at least one MTA certification along with a strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and the ability to keep things running efficiently, even in a high-pressure, 24/7/365 environment. You will also have:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - whether you’re working with your team, explaining ideas, or presenting solutions, you know how to get your point across.
- A proven ability to balance teamwork and independence - you’re collaborative but can also handle things on your own when needed.
- A knack for problem-solving - constantly challenging the status quo and looking for better ways to get things done.
- The drive to learn and grow - always curious, always improving.
