Reporting to the Manager Finance Systems, your duties will include:
- Leading the implementation of agreed system changes and actively identifying potential risks and opportunities for system and process improvement
- Setting a good example for your team and creating a collaborative and high performing work environment. You will ensure the teams workload is managed effectively and efficiently and be able to provide timely and effective support
- Identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders and able to use your influencing and interpersonal skills to impact decision making. You will enjoy sharing your expertise and knowledge and open to receiving feedback

- Strong technical experience in supporting and managing TechnologyOne FMIS is essential
- Extensive experience in the use of Systems Development Lifecycle methodologies and testing processes
- Ability to deal with complex issues, analyse problems and make sound judgements
- Ability to build and lead a high performing team
- Interpersonal skills with ability to relate well to a wide range of people
- Experience working within government, and/or large complex organisation would be a benefit
- Must have legal right to live and work in NZ
- Must consent to and satisfactory complete a credit check
