**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

An exciting new position rolling out the Diamond Ward project, working with the Care Capacity Demand Management/Releasing time to care (CCDM/RTC) team. The Diamond Ward project seeks to build increased resilience on our wards working with Charge Nurses and Midwives to implement a professional practice model leaning in the Nurse Advisory work “the Cracks in the Foundation”. This role will re-energise Team nursing, support nurses to become patient safety champions, Integrate CCDM changes, support the RTC Coordinators and implementation of Dedicated education units.

The Releasing time to Care and Care Capacity Demand Management team, is a team of nurse coordinators led by the Deputy Chief Nurse holding the portfolio of CCDM | RTC | and innovation in practice. This position will support this work by implementing a project and education plan to roll out the Diamond ward principles.

Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:

- Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Project management experience.
- Expert knowledge of RTC
- Able to build and maintain good relationships across the district
