Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Renal Care team as a Renal Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the care of Renal patients requiring Hospital Haemodialysis.
About the Service
The Regional Renal Service provides acute and chronic Renal services for a large geographic area. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care to patients with kidney disease.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current practising certificate as a Registered Nurse. A minimum of 2 years Nursing experience and experience in Haemodialysis are also essential.
