**Part Time & Casual Food & Beverage Attendants** to join our incredible team at SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton’s Aquarium.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for providing an amazing guest experience to all of our visitors in the Food & Beverage & Retail areas of our awesome underwater world attraction.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing an exceptional, fun experience for all of the guests that come through our doors to support an increase in guest engagement focused KPI results.
- Working in our Food & Beverage Café area; processing till transactions, stocking, merchandising, food service, food handling, cleaning and preparing hot drinks (Barista).
- Working in our Retail area; processing till transactions, stocking, visual merchandising, creating dynamic displays, cleaning and assisting with pricing.
- Performing light manual labour when required including accepting deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, moving stock and other tasks when required.
- Ensuring our commercial areas are operationally excellent and that we deliver what we promise in these areas.
- Upselling to every guest every transaction in our Food & Beverage & Retail outlets.
- Cross-training in Admissions so that you can assist in this area when required.
Please note that this role requires weekend and school holiday availability.
**About You**
To shine in this role, you will have a passion for delivering fun, a desire to provide an amazing guest experience and a positive ‘can do’ attitude towards guest interactions and upselling opportunities. You will also be a great listener, communicator and a strong team player who can use their initiative to elevate our attraction to the best it can be.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferable and the desire and drive for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential. Your ability to have a flexible and adaptable attitude along with organizational and time management skills would also be ideal. Barista experience is advantageous however not required as we can teach you this on the job.
Availability must include weekends, public holidays with a minimum of 4 shifts per week and a maximum of 5 shifts per week.
