**The Opportunity**
We are on the search for experienced Call Centre Representatives to join the collections team in Mount Wellington. Here's a great opportunity to be part of a trusted NZ owned and operated brand, with plenty of opportunity for professional and career development. You'll be handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting with debt recovery and making payment arrangements for their valued clients.

**What you'll be doing:
- Managing inbound/outbound calls for debt recovery
- Setting up payment arrangements
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Utilizing in inhouse systems including finPower, to capture notes and call information
- Completing a high daily volume of calls, from 80 up to 120 during peak times

**Skills & Experience**:
To be successful in this role you will have a customer centric attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers through your problem solving skills and customer service experience; key skills include:

- Proven experience in a call centre environment
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle high volume of calls efficiently
- Knowledge of finPower software (an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- A positive mindset, adaptable and a quick learning
- The right to permanently live & work in New Zealand
