The opportunity is now available for someone with self motivation and drive to fill the position of Retail Supervisor with us at Hornby PAK’nSAVE There's always exciting things happening at Hornby, plenty of variety and a team of amazingly dedicated individuals.

We’re pretty lucky with the personalities we have on our Retail team so we’re looking for a pretty unique individual to guide them through the day. Adding to and building on our positive culture is critical, so an upbeat outlook on the day regardless of how busy we are is absolutely imperative. A cool head under pressure, a customer-focused people-person and someone constantly driving their team to excel, and who can identify and utilise the strengths of each individual are our key drivers for the successful applicant. This position requires superior leadership and organisational skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels. You must have had previous Supervisory experience in the FMCG industry. Some SAP / Inventory knowledge would be an advantage but full training will be given in that aspect.

Reporting to our Retail Co-Managers, you will be assisting with the day to day operation of the Retail departments in our bustling store.

**Hours**:
The days will be discussed at the time of the interview but one weekend day will be required. Hours will be working through to evening close so an afternoon start with a 10pm finish.
