About the role:
As an Admin Supervisor in store, you will provide support to the store senior leadership team and act as a continual support to your designated department in Bunnings, overseeing workflow, setting an example to other team members and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What’s involved:
- Set an example of best service and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers- Coach the team on the right service behaviours- Assist with inducting and training the team- Handling and escalating customer feedback in a professional and timely manner- Supporting the store's health and safety standards and procedures

You’ll need:
- Great communication skills both written and verbal, particularly phone etiquette- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy- Audit experience-
- A genuine passion for customer experience- To act with integrity, be safe and do your best- Have flexibility to work across a wide range of retail hours

Our customers are important to us. Bunnings trade 7 days a week, opening early and closing late on weekdays and on weekends. To provide the best experience you will be required to work a variety of different shifts during the week.
