- Business Development, resourcing & team growth in the Wellington marketplace.
- Act as a technical expert in the related discipline field to develop and share knowledge with other employees and build the teams level of expertise.
- Work closely with peers in other business and locations to develop business and resource plans.
- Position the AECOM brand in the NZ market.

**Qualifications**:

- Appropriate technical qualification
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Successful track record in field of expertise and substantial project experience
- Suitable experience of relevant design and construction processes
