**Location**: Wellington (preference) Auckland and other locations considered

**Salary**: $73,192 - $81,324

**Job type**: Permanent
Provide day to day wellbeing advice and coordinate wellbeing activities and initiatives that contribute to the improvement of kaimahi wellbeing.

Mō te tūnga | About the role
Working with other members of the team to support, promote and facilitate the business-as-usual aspects of wellbeing activities within the organisation. You will also make a significant contribution to ensuring wellbeing supports and activities are fit for purpose and delivered on a timely basis and that new initiatives are embedded within business-as-usual systems and processes.

A passion for people and a considered, organised and calm approach to your work. This role could suit someone wanting to bring their transferable skills to a new focus area or a keen graduate wanting to put their new qualification into practice.
Qualifications and experience that would be an advantage in the role include:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in health, safety, wellbeing social science, and/or psychology
- Demonstrated experience in advising and supporting people at all levels of large complex organisations
- Knowledge and experience in health and/or wellbeing in a diverse environment
- Strong time management, administrative and work organisation/prioritisation
- Co-ordination, problem-solving, taking the initiative and exercising sound decision making with a solutions-based approach
- Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture

Oranga Tamariki offer an impartial remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure.
