**About the role**
Are you highly organised and enjoy moving at a fast pace? Work alongside another team coordinator to support this client focussed team. This role will be stimulating and rewarding, it will consist of a blend of PA-style responsibilities and project admin support.
Key Tasks you will be responsible for:
- Provide personal assistant support to the Business Advisory Regional Lead and wider leadership group
- Assist with client onboarding, proposals, and communications
- Support the team with month end processes including client billing and debtor management and attend to all administrative matters associated with the process.
- Process improvement, document management and filing responsibilities.
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure work is completed efficiently.
**About You**
- You are a quick learner, able to pick up complex tasks and systems with ease
- Previous experience within a fast-paced environment in either a business support role or office administration
- Confident and proactive individual who enjoys using their initiative to solve problems and add value
- Superb organisation and time management
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent relationship management skills
- High proficiency with systems and MS Office suite
- advanced excel
- Accounts admin experience is preferred.
