Our client is looking for a Team Administrator to support a busy manager and the wider team. This is a busy role where no two days are the same. You will be the go-to person within the team coordinating business needs and supporting the team with any errands required.

You will be responsible for managing multiple diaries, gathering data and documents to create reports, updating and format documentation and implementing and maintaining procedures.

**Duties**:

- Diary, inbox and travel management
- Preparation of multiple reports
- Tracking deadlines for projects
- Organizing meetings and catering
- Preparation of correspondence and presentations
- Organising events and workshops

To be successful in this role:

- Proven administration background
- High level of computer literacy including strong excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good sense of humour, energy and enthusiasm
- Incredible attention to detail
