The OSD Learning Partner positions are essential to the OSD Learning and Development Leadership Team, ensuring the work programme and learning strategy responds to the priorities and goals of the business. These roles will be providing advice to the Manager, the team and the OSD leadership teams at a strategic level.

The OSD Learning Partner is responsible for partnering with managers and leaders across an Operations Service Delivery portfolio and providing timely, consistent, ‘fit-for-purpose' and business-focussed advice and solutions, either personally or through others.

OLPs act as the ‘connector', ensuring specialist advice and solutions from other OSD Learning and Development teams is brought to the business where relevant. Likewise, they provide valuable insights into their portfolio business area(s) to inform planning and implementation of wider OSD Learning and Development strategies and activities. In doing so, they play a key role in ensuring that OSD Learning and Development strategies, activities and initiatives support OSD leaders to achieve their agreed outputs and strategic goals, whilst ensuring a positive and effective experience for our managers and staff.

OSD Learning Partners are members of the OSD Learning and Development leadership team.

**Utu ā-tau/**Salary**

Salary Range: The appointing salary for this role will be between $103,540 and $146,174 based on skills and experience.
