Serving a global market with a software as a service solution, that enables centralised, digitized, and automated efficiency. For businesses that use leasing as a core asset procurement tool. To do this we believe that people matter. We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. Nomos One is a remote first company with employees working from all corners of New Zealand.

**QA Engineer Overview**

Nomos One is looking for an experienced QA engineer to increase the capabilities of the product and development team as the company expands and scales its offering.

**Description of Duties**
- Develops functional and testing capabilities for the Nomos One platform
- Reviews requirements and acceptance criteria for systems being developed and deployed.
- Ensures that all development artefacts (source code, scripts and documentation) meet Nomos One’s software required quality assurance standards.
- Improves operations by conducting systems analysis, recommending changes in quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art testing tools, and testing techniques; participating in educational opportunities.
- Can accomplish quality assurance and organization mission based on agreed objectives.
- Respect and support all internal teams such as Sales, Support, Customer Services, Finance, Marketing and Management teams.

**Health & Safety**
- Identify appropriate training requirements for your role and participate in appropriate training.
- Ensure that hazards arising from, or associated with project or activities undertaken are identified, reported and managed including self-management where appropriate
- Read and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures for Health and Safety
- Ensure Emergency procedures are understood and followed
- Contribute on an on-going basis toward maintaining a safe working environment both for yourself and for those working with you or in your close vicinity

**Required Skills / Experience**
- UAT and Functional testing experience
- Experience creating automated testing solutions
- Python and JavaScript experience for testing
- Experience working with Product, Design and development to ensure product requirements and quality are met

**Preferred technical Skills / Experience**
- Postman
- Cypress
- Cucumber
- Knowledge of CI/CD systems
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Git

**Skills/Qualifications**
- 4+ years’ experience
