**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead the Panels Category: Develop and execute a strategic plan that drives year-on-year growth above market rates.
- Innovate & Differentiate: Stay ahead of trends to create a unique market position, delivering cutting-edge solutions to our customers.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations and commercial teams to ensure an insights-driven approach to category management.
- Drive Product Excellence: Lead cross functional project teams to deliver product commercialisation, ensuring our offerings meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Build Strong Relationships: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, from suppliers and manufacturing teams to industry experts, to enhance our market position.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:

- 3-5 years in category, product or brand management.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence your stakeholders.
- Confidence writing and presenting business cases, with an understanding of P&L management.
- A collaborative style, a solutions and growth-focused mindset, and ease with analysing data.
- Tertiary Degree preferably in a Marketing discipline
