**ABOUT THE JOB**

This is a challenging position, suited to someone with excellent communication skills, project management experience, and with an attention to detail and time management. This role has multiple stakeholders and requires organization to manage ones own time and deadlines to ensure animation of brands on counter activities are upheld with excellence in partnership with Australia.

The role is based in the L’Oreal Auckland office and will be working closely, with the guidance of New Zealand Market Director, Brand Activation Managers and the Melbourne based team to implement local retail and animation plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, third party vendors, communicating briefs for production of materials
- Liaises with wider network of Luxe Division staff and external retailers
- Support with all retail & beauty advisor animations including the launch of new products and stores
- Follows efficient meeting standards, developed internally, to create greater efficiency

**ABOUT YOU**
- At least 3-5 years retail, visual merchandising or brand experience, ideally in the beauty or luxury goods industry
- Excellent communicator to engage and deal with various internal and external stakeholders
- You must be self-motivated & driven to be able to drive your own results and manage your time efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time & to a high standard, with a detailed approach to managing deadlines

**TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS**
- This role could require occasional travel to Melbourne 1-2x per year
- Within NZ for key projects and events when required
