As a software consultant in the Integration Centre for Enablement (C4E) Squad, you will be part of a team that is responsible for governing and overseeing ASB’s federated integration ecosystem. Team members will work with delivery squads to co-design integrations in conformance to enterprise standards, consult to delivery squads facing difficult integration implementation blockers, curate and evangelize integration standards, shape and oversee an integrations delivery life cycle process, lead communities of practice and training sessions and maintain heatmaps that provide a health overview of the ecosystem which can be used to drive prioritization.

We are looking for an individual that will provide leadership for the work that had been assigned to them. You will gather and refine business requirements with stakeholders across the bank. You are pragmatic and design effective solutions. You can document and present your technical designs to a wide range of audience. You have the drive to manage and deliver programmes of work to the production environment. You will be given opportunities to extend your sphere of influence beyond your squad to other squads and platforms, both to share your knowledge and experience and to extend it by drawing on the knowledge and experience of others.

We are looking for someone who has:

- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of solution architecture experience
- Building APIs and Event Streaming Apps using.NET / C#
- API design using OpenAPI
- Provisioning and deploying to Azure PaaS and K8s including ARM/Bicep for IaC and Azure DevOps/GitHub for build/deploy pipelines
- Confident communicator, able to carry out group training and knowledge sharing sessions
- Strong analytical thinker
- Experience in an API, integration, or engineering governance role a bonus
- A proven ability to assist stakeholders to create and refine user stories for an agile squad
- Strong technical documentation skills
