Do you have Power Platform and M365 Admin experience? Are you a SharePoint Administrator with deep platform understanding?

We are looking for a **SharePoint Administrator **to join our hardworking, well-established, client-centric IT team. The position will be part of our Enterprise Applications function within IS with location being flexible in an Australian or New Zealand capital city.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Work with the team to upgrade and migrate current SharePoint 2016 platforms to SharePoint 2019 running in Azure.
- Migration tasks for SharePoint 2016/2019 to SharePoint Online
- Configure, maintain and tune Hybrid Cloud Search Services
- Managing the operations of the SharePoint 2016/2019 platform including installations, configuration, health assessments and monitoring.
- Working with key infrastructure personnel to continuously improve the availability and health of the SharePoint 2016/2019 platform.
- Providing level 3 SharePoint and M365 support to the business and other support personnel.
- Configuring and maintaining Search for optimal performance.
- Contribute and adhere to change management, governance, policies and procedures to ensure the SharePoint environment is consistent with our business goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), governance and environment management.
- Contribute to the ongoing use and expansion of the Power Platform in GHD

**In this role you will require skills and proficiencies in the following**:

- Building & deploying SP16/19 farms
- Comprehensive knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016 and 2019
- Microsoft stack knowledge (Windows Server, AD,.Net, SQL, PowerShell)
- Sound understanding of the principles and techniques of requirements gathering, analysis, specification and validation
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
