**About the role**
Working closely with Ongas management teams, Regional Managers and Depot Teams, the Quality Systems Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Ongas document review processes, updating and maintaining the Quality Management Systems (QMS portal, SharePoint site and document control register), provide administrative support for training systems, as well as general administrative support to the Ongas business.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Manage document workflow
- Maintain compliance records
- Provide training administration support, including record dates to the Learning Management System (LMS), LMS adjustments and monthly report preparation.
- Arrange external training courses as required.
- Regularly provide training reports to operations management.
- Monitor and review that competencies are current, as well as follow up expiring and overdue training records
- General administrative support to the OnGas business, including monthly invoice processes.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities, implementing training initiatives and frameworks

**Who we are looking for**
You are self-driven, have strong organisational skills and are able to meet deadlines. You have meticulous attention to detail along with fantastic communication skills both written and verbal, with a focus on building strong relationships with the team, management, contractors and customers.

You are someone who is adaptable, enjoys responsibility and making things happen.

To be successful, you will also ideally have:

- Previous experience developing, reviewing, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, technical and training documentation within a manufacturing/service orientated operation.
- Prior exposure to health, safety & environmental systems & legislation
- Proficient in MS Office - including advanced level Word and Excel
- Awareness of information management principles and familiarity with information systems and archives
- Experience with SAP - would be an advantage
- A good grasp of new technology to use and adapt to new IT packages and systems
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and exercise independent judgment, common sense, and initiative.
