**About the role**

CARTERS Learning is a small team with a big reputation for service, delivery and humour We are looking for someone to complement our team
- Managing the CARTERS learning general enquiries
- Coordinating L&D training and events.
- Updating CARTERS Learn (our Docebo learning management system) and assigning course content.
- Managing the CARTERS Intranet
- Reporting on learning outcomes

**About you**:

- A strong administrator with experience in using Excel, Word and Outlook and database management.
- Have a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
- Great at time management, communication and resolving roadblocks and conflict.
- Exceptional communication and attention-to-detail (Written and Verbal)
- Prior learning management system experience and management of a SharePoint Intranet
- You will have a high level of personal presentation and professionalism.
